We will always try to give our best service possible, but there may be a time when you have a comment or wish to express a concern to our members of staff. If you would like to make a comment or a complaint, in the first instance please speak to a member of our staff in the reception or to the beauty center manager.

If you prefer to change the person you are seeing please speak to the receptionist or the practice manager.
